Subject: I would like to know decided to put this fake news on Nov 4th, 2020. Candidates’ Lawn signs are candidates’ properties. Nobody can steal or occupies these lawn signs. I would like to have Debro Feng to respond to this issue.

Recycle your yard signs after Election Day! Separate the plastic sign from the metal frame and put both into your blue recycling cart or bin. Political signs must be removed no later than five days after Election Day. Questions? Email the Environmental Programs Team at email@example.com
I was informed we can collect the lawn signs five days after election day. But this press release stated residents of Cupertino can ricyle the political lawn signs the second day on Nov 4th, 2020. Now Cupertino City Government conspired with Captain Rich Urena and Sheriff Lourie Smith to steal candidates’ properties without permission of Candidates. City Manager Debro Feng, I would like to know who decided to publish the press release on Nov 4th, 2020? I has reported to Captain Rich Urena for many times about stealing of political lawn signs. So I would like to know who published this fake news on purpose to encourage commiting crimes in city of Cupertino? Debro Feng, please respond this question ASAP. City of Cupertino and Santa Clara Couty Sheriff Office should respond to all issues about Cupertino City Council, election, 2020. Code enforce Officer Jeff told me he only collected 20 lawn signs on Nov 10, 2020. Whether City Manager Debro Feng on purpose issued fake news to encourage residents of Cupertino to steal these lawn signs? Why did the press release on this article different from the policy of Code Officer Gulu Sakhrani, Albert Salvadorand Jeff?
Charlene Shulien Lee
Candidate of Cupertino City Council
